Facing the Shadow · Three-week sexual recovery intensive
A structured three-week intensive based on the work of Patrick Carnes, designed to help you understand your patterns, work through shame, and develop a personalized recovery plan.

The structure
The work moves through stabilization, orientation, and clarity. We begin with preparation, use focused sessions to explore what is happening, and finish by identifying a recovery plan and ongoing support.
