Three-day couples intensive

A little more space.
A clearer next step.

A focused three-day program for couples in crisis. Through guided sessions, communication work, and personalized planning, we explore what each person needs and what comes next.

Stabilization. Orientation. Clarity.

The intensive gives us focused time to address immediate concerns, understand the relationship, and build a plan. We first consider whether joint work is appropriate and safe; reconciliation is not a required outcome.

What you can expect.

Day 0Preparation

The original preparation plan includes the SDI 4.0 Sexual Addiction Assessment, IPAST betrayed-partner assessment, and How We Love attachment-style questionnaire. We’ll discuss which tools fit, each person’s role, and consent before using them.

Day 1Stabilization

One 45-minute meeting with each partner and one 45-minute couples session.

Focus on safety, orient yourselves to the recovery process, and introduce check-ins and communication practices.

Day 2Orientation

One 45-minute meeting with each partner and one 45-minute couples session.

Explore relationship history and family-of-origin information to better understand what each person brings to the work.

Day 3Clarity

A 90-minute couples clarity session.

Bring the work together and establish a clear recovery plan, including appropriate ongoing support.

A clear agreement before you begin.

$2,000 intensive fee

The three-day couples intensive is $2,000.

We’ll review included sessions, preparation, expected charges, and any materials or follow-up fees before booking.

A schedule we agree together

I’ll work with you to find a three-day period and session hours that fit availability. Begin with a free 15-minute consultation to discuss the option.

Room for each person’s perspective.

The separate meetings within the intensive are part of the couples assessment and treatment plan. They are not standalone individual therapy for a betrayed partner. We’ll discuss roles, consent, confidentiality, and how information from separate meetings is handled before starting.

The work may include boundaries, emotional processing, communication skills, and next steps. We cannot promise renewed trust or a particular relationship outcome.

Start with a conversation.

Ask your questions, talk about what brings you here, and see whether working together feels right.
